At Roya Velle Kids, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Please include your order number and reason for return when contacting us.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered cannot be refunded. Custom or made-to-order dresses are non-returnable.
If your dress arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
